Unified Showcase pioneered at the Wyllyotts Theatre in 2007. Dancers from all over the UK come together to showcase their talents in a range of different styles from Hip Hop to Contemporary, Ballet to B-boy and many more. Every year Unified Showcase has managed to completely sell out and we hoping to continue the success for the future. Last year we even got a feature spot on Oliver Lee's Prime time show 'Dirty sexy funny' which aired on Comedy Central. DATES: Friday 13th -- All performance are from youth groups under the age of 18, so come support the performers of tomorrow. Saturday 14th -- All performances are from professional Groups older than 18 years of age. A very little convention, tiny but funny. I thought it was bigger and with more cosplayers and so I did Rydia. But it was a little too much. XD The kids loved it, by the way. The fact that there were kids participating and in the public was a lovely "plus" to the competition. And the little but exhaustive videos and explanations of the various aspects of the cosplay culture were what distincted a boring (for my parents) con to a very funny one. I know that my skit is crappy, but I like to do one, even if my cosplay was a little too much unconfy for making one. I really didn't want to do a dance skit, so I thought of a summoning. ********** Una fiera decisamente piccola, ma carina. Ammetto che pensavo fosse più grande e ci fossero più cosplayer e quindi non mi ero fatta problemi a portare questo costume un po' impegnativo... I bambini però l'hanno adorato. La partecipazione dei bimbi e gli intermezzi dedicati al mondo del cosplay divertivano ed istruivano e persino i miei genitori hanno detto che non si sono annoiati. Ok, so che la scenetta fa schifo, ma mi piace prepararne sempre una, nonostante magari il cosplay non lo permetta (vedi teli lunghissimi XD). Non volevo fare un balletto scemo che non c'entrasse nulla con il personaggio, così ho pensato ad un'invocazione...
