More pomp and pageantry as Dads used to say as he screwed in his monocle before going down to belt the seasonal staff. The end of this clip's a bit of a cheat because it shows darling Margot and Tony off to the yacht, even though we haven't made it to the altar yet. Mummy says that's an omen! Remember Veronique and the broken down Daimler? Well, her driver finally got the beast to start and tried to catch up with her after she took orf: that's him overtaking the Household Cavalry at 2:06. He got orf with a caution after Cookie explained the circs on his behalf, bless her. (She was known to thunder down the mall on her own a few times, once on the back of a motor bike). So funny to see la toute famille running after Margot's car at 2:36. You can't see it in the pix but Margot had left her fags behind and god knows we all knew what would happen if we didnt get them to her! (In the end they reached Britannia in the channel on a flying fox from HMS Ark Royal).
